These Terms of Service and Disclaimer (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and Instant Dog Wisdom (a division of K-9 Super Heroes Dog Whispering, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada) (“Instant Dog Wisdom,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, opting in to email or SMS, purchasing, or downloading any digital products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

InstantDogWisdom.com (A division of K-9 Super Heroes Dog Whispering) provides digital educational resources for dog owners, including downloadable PDF products and related content.

2) Eligibility

3) Digital Products, Delivery, and Access (Final Sale)

All digital product sales are final once your purchase is completed and access is granted.

3.2 Access begins immediately

Because digital content can be accessed and used immediately upon delivery (including by viewing, downloading, or accessing via your account), you acknowledge that delivery begins when access is granted, and the product is considered delivered at that time.

4) Digital Product Refund Policy (No Refunds)

4.1 No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (including digital downloads and other digital content), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and access is granted (including delivery by download link, account access, email delivery, SMS delivery, or on-screen access).

By purchasing digital products from Instant Dog Wisdom, you acknowledge that you are making a final purchase decision and that digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

4.2 Rationale

Digital products are considered delivered and usable immediately upon access or download. Because these goods cannot be physically returned, and because access can begin instantly, we cannot offer refunds once delivery of the digital content has begun.

4.3 Exceptions (Rare Circumstances)

While all sales are final, we may consider a refund or replacement in limited circumstances such as:

Technical defects: If a digital file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version within a reasonable timeframe.
Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour window.
Legal compliance: If local laws that apply to your purchase require a refund right (and where applicable waivers were not properly agreed to at checkout).

Any exception is evaluated case-by-case and granted at our discretion, where permitted by law.

4.4 Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase on InstantDogWisdom.com through our checkout (including our CRM purchase workflow and any integrated payment processing such as Stripe), you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy and waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

4.5 Support and Billing Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us through our Contact Us page before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We’re happy to help troubleshoot delivery and access issues.

5) Purchases, Billing, and Payment Processing

Purchases and transaction workflows may be managed through our CRM, which may integrate with third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to complete payments.

By placing an order, you authorize the charge and agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, including applicable taxes (if any).

6) License and Acceptable Use
